The TCNDK Series Features

The TEC TCNDK series offers a comprehensive range of sizes with power ratings from 0.06 kW to 15 kW and gear ratios ranging from 7.5:1 up to 100:1. These units feature a robust aluminium or cast iron casing (depending on size) with a corrosion-resistant finish, making them suitable for tough industrial conditions. The worm and wheel are manufactured from high-quality bronze and case-hardened steel to ensure durability and optimal wear resistance. The gearbox is designed for universal mounting positions and is available with solid or hollow output shafts, torque arms, and flanges. Standard IEC motor adaptors allow for easy motor integration, while the efficient worm gearing delivers smooth, low-noise operation. Optional double reduction and foot or flange mountings increase the adaptability of the range for specialised applications.
