Features of The TA Series

The helical-worm configuration of the TA Series ensures greater mechanical efficiency and torque output compared to standard worm gear designs, while maintaining low noise and vibration levels. Gearboxes are available in a wide range of sizes, with torque ratings up to approximately 2,600 Nm and gear ratios reaching 800:1. The units feature die-cast aluminium housings for sizes up to TA110, offering strength without unnecessary weight, while larger models are constructed with heavy-duty cast iron for enhanced durability.

The modular design supports a variety of input and output configurations, including IEC or NEMA motor adaptors and solid or hollow output shafts. Pre-filled with synthetic lubricant and designed for sealed-for-life operation, the TA Series is virtually maintenance-free under normal operating conditions. Optional features such as corrosion-resistant surface treatments, food-grade seals, and ATEX compatibility are available for more demanding environments.
