The Cyclo Series Features
The Cyclo Series is distinguished by its unique rolling contact mechanism, which eliminates sliding friction and significantly reduces wear. With torque capacities up to 90,000Nm and gear ratios from 6:1 to over 658,503:1 in compound configurations, it supports a broad spectrum of requirements. The internal cycloidal disc design provides multiple tooth contact points, offering up to 500% shock load capacity relative to nominal torque. Constructed from high-strength alloy components and sealed for life, the unit ensures minimal maintenance. Available in foot, flange, and shaft-mounted versions, with compatibility for IEC and NEMA motors, the Cyclo Series can be tailored for diverse installation conditions. Optional ATEX certification and brake motor adaptations are also available.
