VSF Series Worm Geared Motors

The NMRV and NMRVpower worm gear reducers deliver exceptional efficiency and adaptability, with sizes ranging from NMRV (025-150) to NMRVpower (063-110). Offering power up to 18.5 kW, reduction ratios from 5:1 to 1000:1, and torque up to 1,550 Nm, these reducers ensure reliable performance. Aluminium cases for up to size 110 and G200 grey cast iron for models over 130. Configurations include motor coupling, input shafts, and torque limiters, while combinations like NMRV+NMRV enhance flexibility. Features like universal mounting, oil-tight gearheads, and RAL 5010 epoxy coating make them ideal for demanding environments. Options include pre-stage units, reinforced outputs, and ATEX 2GD/3GD certification.

The SW range, with sizes from 030 to 105, features a compact, smooth-body casing ideal for limited spaces. Power reaches up to 7.5 kW, with reduction ratios from 5:1 to 100:1 and torque up to 630 Nm. Lightweight die-cast aluminium cases, bronze worm wheels, and ground worm profiles ensure reliability. Supplied with synthetic oil, the units allow universal mounting and reduced oxidation risk. Configurations include SW+SW and SW+ISW, with optional torque arms, mounting kits, and high-speed shaft extensions.

The SW-CD (Clean Duty) range is designed for high-hygiene applications like food processing. AISI stainless steel output shafts, MotoNiTech® treated aluminium components, and food-grade oil ensure superior cleanliness and corrosion resistance. Compact and fanless, with smooth surfaces and high-pressure wash-resistant seals, it meets rigorous sanitary standards. With power up to 1.5 kW and a design to prevent dirt accumulation, the SW-CD range is ideal for packaging lines and corrosive environments.
