RO Series 3-Stage In-Line Bevel Helical Gearboxes

The RO Series is built with longevity and ease of integration in mind. Its housing and covers are cast aluminium for the smaller sizes and grey cast iron for larger frames, securing a rigid structure that resists distortion under torque and external loads. Using cemented and hardened alloy-steel gears, precision bearings (ball or conical roller) and synthetic long-life oil filling, the gearbox is both efficient and low maintenance. With its three-stage reduction, the gearbox maintains high efficiency, typically around 94% for the entire train, and delivers consistent output performance and minimal backlash (typical angular backlash 20’–30’). The modular design also allows adaptations for special uses such as food-grade seals (Viton, silicone), anodised housings for marine or chemical environments, and ATEX-certified variants for explosive atmospheres.
