Tramec’s SCFK-SCRK and BCFK-BCRK Series take double-worm technology to its extreme, offering ultra-high reduction ratios in a single, space-saving unit. By integrating two serial worm stages within a single housing, these gearboxes deliver reductions from 150 all the way up to 10 000. Available in seven sizes, they are purpose-built for applications needing very low output speeds and precise torque control in the tightest footprints.
The SCFK-SCRK-BCFK-BCRK Series Features
Each SCFK/BCFK and SCRK/BCRK unit features twin worm stages milled and assembled in a rugged case for optimal strength and corrosion resistance. Hollow output shafts come standard, with optional solid or extended-shaft configurations. The sealed-for-life synthetic lubrication system guarantees minimal maintenance, while optional accessories (second-input shafts, tapered-roller worm bearings, torque-arm brackets, and covers) allow installers to tailor each gearbox to exact requirements. Despite their compact size, these units handle continuous duty up to 0.75 kW input power, making them highly versatile.
