C Series Helical Worm Gearbox

The Fenner C Series features a dual-stage gear design, with a helical primary stage and a worm secondary stage, resulting in greater torque output and improved transmission efficiency compared to standard worm gear units. With torque capacities up to 1,250Nm and a wide ratio range from 8:1 to 250:1, this series covers a broad spectrum of drive requirements. The units are designed to be compact and lightweight, with foot or flange mounting options to suit different installation needs. A standard IEC motor interface allows for quick and flexible motor integration, while the oil-tight gearhead enables motor changes without lubricant spillage. The durable aluminium alloy casing offers corrosion resistance and excellent heat dissipation, enhancing unit longevity and reliability. ATEX-certified options are available for use in hazardous environments.
