K Series Bevel Helical Gearbox

The Fenner K Series features a rugged, high-strength cast iron housing designed to withstand tough operating conditions. Its helical and spiral bevel gear arrangement provides excellent torque transmission, with capacities up to 20,000Nm and ratios from 8:1 to 160:1 in three-stage form, extendable up to 35,000:1 in combined configurations. The high mechanical efficiency reduces energy consumption, while the motor adaptor supports standard IEC interfaces, enabling quick and cost-effective motor replacements. The gearbox is available in a variety of configurations, including foot, flange, or shaft mounting, and can be supplied as a motorised unit, motor-ready, or with a keyed input shaft. An oil-tight gearhead allows for motor removal without leakage, and ATEX-certified versions are available for hazardous environments.
