P Series Heavy Duty Gearboxes

The Fenner P Series is built around a flexible, modular design available in helical and bevel-helical gear arrangements. With torque capacities reaching up to 162,000Nm and gear ratios from 1.25:1 to over 630:1 (and beyond in combined arrangements), it meets a wide range of operational requirements. High mechanical efficiency and precision-engineered gearing reduce wear and energy consumption, enhancing lifecycle performance. The gearbox housings are made from rigid, close-grain cast iron or fabricated steel for superior vibration damping and shock load resistance. Standard features include robust taper roller bearings, splash or forced lubrication options, and multiple shaft configurations. The P Series is available with foot, flange, or shaft-mounted options and can be customised with ATEX certification, cooling fans, backstops, and torque arms for specialist applications.
