MHD Series Features

The heavy duty series offers multiple sizes (179 to 409) and gearing options, including 2, 3, and 4-stage parallel gear reducers and 3 and 4-stage helical bevel reducers, with nominal torque capacities up to 110,000 Nm at 1400 rpm. Input options include P (bell gear and joint) and I (solid shaft), while output configurations range from hollow shafts with key slots or locking units (HC, HL) to cylindrical solid or double solid shafts with keys (CS, CD). Featuring hardened 21NiCrMo2 steel gears, reduction ratios from 6 to 419, and EN-GJS400-15 cast-iron casings, these reducers are built for durability. Finished with RAL 5010 blue water-based paint and a minimum coat thickness of 80 microns, this series combines advanced performance with superior protection against harsh environments.
