The Radicon Series G Industrial Gearboxes are designed to meet the demands of medium and large torque applications, offering unparalleled performance and durability. These gearboxes combine advanced gear geometry for maximum efficiency and high load capacity with minimal noise, even under heavy loads. Featuring a horizontally split housing, the Series G ensures effortless maintenance and extended service life, making it a cost-effective and reliable solution for industrial applications. Available in both angular and parallel shaft designs, with hollow shaft, output shaft, or KIBO mounting options, this gearbox provides extensive flexibility for a wide range of applications.
Series G Features
The Radicon Series G offers power capabilities of up to 1,860 kW and delivers up to 162,000 Nm of output torque, with gear ratios up to 315:1 or 70,000:1 in combined units. It supports output axes up to Ø 240 mm and features extensive customisation options, including external cooling systems, backstops, clamping elements, and IEC B5 motor flanges for direct motor mounting. Motor adapters allow flexible motor positioning, while integrated motor frames enable seamless installation on a single structure for optimal alignment. Additionally, ATEX-approved versions are available for use in explosive environments, further enhancing its versatility and safety.
